ARF-TX is partnering with Guadalupe County Office of Emergency Management and the Seguin Public Library to host a fun FREE informative Disaster Planning Program for your Pets! 

This program helps pet owners proactively include their animals in their family emergency plans.

  • Guadalupe County Office of Emergency Management will provide an overview of their disaster preparedness program, specialized training, and equipment (including their Disaster Pet Relief trailer). 
  • ARF-TX will provide supplies for each participant to build a pet emergency kit. 
  • All participants will be given the essentials to make a pet emergency plan and learn how to stay informed during a disaster. 

This is a family friendly event to help prepare our community with the information and tools to create their individual pet emergency plan. Each participant will build their own pet emergency kit to take home. Come out and learn what to do to Prepare Your Pets for Disaster. Disasters are unpredictable by nature, but planning works.
